The boys are most fascinated with all things creepy and crawly. Petey was super excited to see this little guy unfortunate enough to become trapped in the lanai the other morning. His unfortunate luck was Petey’s good luck. Petey assisted as I shushed him gently out the door to freedom.
Well, after snapping a few photos of his emerald colored frog suit of course. We delivered him safely out to the yard and poured some bottled (because tap water just wasn’t good enough) water on his back.
He was most appreciative I’m sure although he failed to thank us. Instead he just lay there on his side playing dead. Probably a smart move on his part, but ungrateful none the less.
